My Journals are the root of what I do.
Living a Rooted, Joyful, and Wild life starts with knowing who the heck you are and what the heck you want. To get to that, I have my Story and Shadow Journal. Use this journal to dig down deep into who you are and why you do what you do. Explore what Carl Jung described as your shadow self and see what it has to teach you. Our shadow self is the side of ourselves we want to keep hidden - the journal helps you get to why. There are activities and journal prompts to get you thinking and journaling about your origins and find out what drives you.
Now that you've gotten that part down (or semi down, it's a journey!), let's get
some shit done! My Habit Journal takes
you through creating habits and rituals
to ground your day and keep you on track. We'll go through the Habit Cycle to
figure out how to make habits stick and help you go from a person who wants to do something to a person who does the thing!! I go a bit in to how I journal and how journaling this way, The Tulsi Technique, has completely changed my life and how it can (hopefully) do the same for you!
